Digital products are delivered online; see our Digital Products and Downloads page. Printed books are not currently available for purchase. The information below describes our planned approach when print-book orders open and will be confirmed at checkout.
Destinations and shipping charges
We plan to ship printed books only to destinations available in the checkout. The shipping methods, charge, and delivery estimate for your address will be displayed before you place an order. Any applicable taxes or import charges will be shown or handled as required for the destination.
Order processing and delivery estimates
Our planned processing time is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and carrier and are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If tracking is available for the selected service, we will provide it by email or through your order details.
Address changes, delays, and delivery issues
Please check your address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfilment. If an order is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged, or is incomplete, email us with your order number and details so we can investigate with the carrier and explain the available next steps.
Policy updates
We will update this page before printed books become available. The shipping methods, costs, delivery estimates, and any destination-specific conditions shown at checkout will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
