Aware and Safe sells books in digital formats such as ebooks and audiobooks. This page explains how digital orders are delivered and used.
Delivery
After a successful purchase, download instructions or links are provided through the order confirmation page, your order email, or your account, depending on the product and checkout setup. If you do not receive access, check your spam or promotions folder and then contact [email protected] with your order number.
Downloading and access
Digital files require a compatible device and software. Please save a copy to a personal device after downloading. Download availability and any limits are shown in your account or order details. Do not share your personal download link or redistribute the files.
Personal-use licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased book for your own non-commercial reading or listening. Copyright and other rights remain with Aware and Safe or the applicable rights holder. You may not resell, upload, publicly share, or reproduce the files except as permitted by law.
Access problems and refunds
If a file is missing, corrupted, or does not work as described, contact us so we can help. See our Refunds and Cancellations policy. Applicable legal rights are not limited by this page.
